| About / Additional Info: | Circuit Civil court handles cases such as divorce and workers compensation. The judges for this court are the Honorable Clara Byrd and the Honorable Michael Collins. Judge Byrd normally works out of Wilson County, but travels to Macon County for court. Circuit Criminal court handles cases such as murder and armed robbery. Both judges serve Jackson, Macon, Smith, Trousdale and Wilson counties which comprise the 15th Judicial District of Tennessee. |
