The Clerk’s Office is responsible for the management of all complaints, petitions, summonses, orders and other documents relating to lawsuits or criminal actions filed in the court; the collection, receipt, and accounting for litigation taxes, fines, fees, and restitutions as ordered by the courts; the issuing of warrants, executions, subpoenas and other documents as assigned by law; the preparations of reports to the County and State of Tennessee; and the disbursement of funds to litigants, the County, and the State of Tennessee. |
