About / Additional Info:The Circuit Court Clerk of Sullivan County maintains a Circuit, Law, General Sessions and Juvenile Court system. The Clerk’s Office is responsible for the management of all complaints, petitions, summonses, orders and other documents relating to lawsuits or criminal actions filed in the court; the collection, receipt, and accounting for litigation taxes, fines, fees, and restitutions as ordered by the courts; the issuing of warrants, executions, subpoenas and other documents as assigned by law; the preparations of reports to the County and State of Tennessee; and the disbursement of funds to litigants, the County, and the State of Tennessee.
