| About / Additional Info: | The Circuit Court Clerk’s office deals with all types of civil cases except worker’s compensation cases; deals with investments; handles misdemeanor and felony criminal cases; handles appeals from Municipal Courts, General Sessions Court. The Circuit Court Clerk acts as the principal administrative aide to the Circuit Court, provides assistance in the areas of the courtroom administration and records management, docket maintenance, revenue management, maintenance of court minutes. The Circuit Court Clerk also holds the position of jury coordinator for the court system. |
